Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Accucert Pool Safety Inspections website and the services we provide.

By using our website, submitting an enquiry or booking an inspection, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Accucert Pool Safety Inspections provides professional swimming pool safety inspections, barrier assessments, compliance checks, reporting and related services.

Our services may include pool fence and barrier inspections, gate and latch checks, non-climbable zone assessments, CPR signage checks, pool compliance certificates and re-inspections.

Bookings and Access

When booking an inspection, you must provide accurate property, contact and access details.

The property owner, agent or authorised representative must ensure safe and reasonable access to the pool area at the scheduled inspection time.

If access is unavailable or the inspection cannot proceed, a return visit or additional fee may apply.

Inspection Outcomes

Inspection outcomes are based on the condition of the pool barrier, gate, latch, signage and surrounding safety areas at the time of inspection.

Any changes, damage or alterations made after the inspection may affect the compliance status of the pool.

Compliance Certificates and Reports

Where a pool meets the applicable requirements, a compliance certificate may be issued.

Where compliance is not achieved, we will provide clear guidance on the areas requiring attention before a re-inspection can be completed.

Fees and Payments

Inspection fees are payable in accordance with the price or quotation provided at the time of booking.

Additional fees may apply for re-inspections, missed appointments, urgent requests or properties requiring additional time or travel.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an inspection, please contact us as early as possible.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

Limitation of Liability

Accucert Pool Safety Inspections carries out inspections with reasonable care, skill and professional judgement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for changes made after inspection, hidden or inaccessible issues, third-party works, future damage or any matters outside the scope of the inspection.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
